Hends - Marabou feathers

Hends Marabou is an essential fly-tying material for streamers, lure patterns and other flies that require plenty of movement. The soft, flexible fibres come alive in the water and respond to even the slightest current or movement of the line, giving the fly a natural and highly attractive action.

The pack contains loose individual feathers, not strung marabou. This allows the fly tier to select the most suitable feather length and structure for each pattern. Whole feathers can be tied in to create tails, wings and mobile bodies, while individual fibres are ideal for smaller flies. The feathers can also be wrapped around the hook shank to form full, lively bodies on shrimp patterns, nymphs, leeches and streamers.
